The Cabarrus Chamber was pleased to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Carolina Workspace, marking the completion and opening of a long-anticipated new office development in Kannapolis.
Located at 1484 Dale Earnhardt Blvd., Kannapolis, NC 28083, Carolina Workspace officially opened for business in December 2025. The ribbon cutting celebrated not only the opening of this new location, but also the successful completion of a two-year construction project. This building represents the second keyman office project launched by Lobo Glass Investments LP, and the team was excited to welcome the community inside to see the finished space.
Built on Experience and Vision
Carolina Workspace is owned by Clive Lobo and David Glass, who bring more than a decade of business and development experience to the project. Clive is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has spent the past seven years in real estate development as his third career. David Glass brings over 10 years of development experience, following a successful career operating several hotels.
The company’s roots trace back to 2010, when the team began renovating homes before expanding into commercial projects. Over time, they gravitated toward developments that involve operational complexity—leading to thoughtfully designed, functional spaces like Carolina Workspace.
