Thank you for your interest in Leadership Cabarrus. This program is designed to cultivate and empower the next generation of leaders in our community. By participating, you will gain valuable insights, develop essential skills, and connect with fellow aspiring leaders. Complete the application below to begin a transformative journey that will enhance your leadership capabilities and strengthen your impact in Cabarrus County.
Application Instructions
- Applications must be submitted online through the Chamber’s website, cabarrusncchamber.org. Additionally, all applicants must have a letter of recommendation submitted on their behalf to Barbi Jones at bjones@cabarrusncchamber.org.
- Limit answers to the word count provided.
- Final candidates will be selected based on the highest application score and an interview with a Leadership Cabarrus alum panel. Chamber members are given priority placement and consideration.
- Selected applicants will receive an acceptance notification by the end of July. Afterward, a tuition payment of $1,250 is required by mid-August. Non-Chamber member tuition payment is $1,750, subject to availability.

All program days are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Class members may miss a total of eight hours during the program. Sickness is an excused absence.
