Small Business Health Insurance
Carolina HealthWorks is a special multiple-employer welfare arrangement available to Chamber members
Employers with 2 to 50 employees who are members of the NC Chamber or participating local chambers receive access to a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) health plan, offering competitive rates, flexibility, and convenience typically reserved for larger businesses.

Scale
The Scale membership level offers small businesses and nonprofits access to Chamber events and programs, a listing in the online member directory, and support for public policy initiatives at the local, state, and federal levels.
