The latest edition of the official travel resource for Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Midland, and Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, is now available from the Cabarrus County Convention & Visitors Bureau. The annual publication is free and serves as a valuable resource for both visitors and locals to discover the area’s attractions, historic sites, shopping, dining options, events, and more.
“packed with exciting ideas for how to enjoy the area”
“With so much to see and do in Cabarrus County, each page of the guide is packed with exciting ideas for how to enjoy the area,” said Cabarrus County CVB President and CEO Donna Carpenter. “Along with vibrant photos that capture the spirit of the destination, this year’s edition continues to include fan favorites like the illustrated map and race shop guide while also introducing new features, from seasonal inspiration to a motorsports itinerary. We hope it encourages travelers to start planning and keep discovering memorable moments here.”
In addition to the helpful information inside, readers will find a professional and clean design from Kannapolis-based creative agency, Sublmnl, and extraordinary snapshots from Concord-based Michael A. Anderson Photography. Inspired by the Visitor Center’s unique complimentary postcard keepsake, this year’s cover depicts the variety of unforgettable attractions found in each community, including Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, Harrisburg Park in Harrisburg, Reed Gold Mine in Midland, and The Swanee Theatre in Kannapolis.
The arrival of the guide coincides with the start of Memorial Day Weekend, as the destination welcomes fans from around the world to Charlotte Motor Speedway for the 66th running of the Coca-Cola 600 on May 25.
