Established in 1978, CESI has provided due diligence, design, and construction support services for 46 years to residential, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the Charlotte region, across North Carolina, and in neighboring states. Recent Recognitions
CESI President Jim Craddock was the recipient of the 2023 Polaris Award at the recent North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS) Bridging the Gap Conference. David Lee, the outgoing president of the NCSS, presented this award to Jim for his guidance and advice on multiple issues affecting the surveying industry in North Carolina and nationwide this year.
