Suppose a cancellation on a Chamber event/program is received 72 hours before the event. In that case, the amount will be fully refunded or credited to the account for use on a future event/program; refunds are unavailable on cancellations received with less than 72 hours of notice.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date the change is posted on the Website.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access this Website to be aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. No waiver by The Chamber of any term or condition outlined in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of The Chamber to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Suppose a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these Terms of Use as invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason. In that case, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and if applicable, any written agreements that are active by and between you and The Chamber, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and The Chamber concerning the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, concerning the Website.
